    1. What is my login?
    You have recieved your login information directly in school or in the invitation that was sent to you through regular mail or email. You can retrieve your login if you do not remember it. If you have already set up your account, your username is the email you provided during account setup.
    2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
    If you remember the email address you used to sign up with ProfileTwist, you can reset your password to gain access to your account.
    3. What's the "remember me" option?
    If you select the remember me checkbox, the system will automatically keep you logged on for a week, unless you you log out beforehand. For maximum security, you should only select this option at home.
